This collection spans three decades and several continents, featuring poems penned by a woman who has explored the world and her own inner landscape in search of what it means to be human. Amanda's inaugural published work delves into themes of family, trauma, adventure, travel, fear, courage, grief, loss— and the thread of love and perfection woven through all of it.

In Amanda's words, "This is a gathering of my sorrow, joy, grief, rage, heartache, passion, surprise, wonder and ecstasy - my love - expressed the best way I know how. I’ve published this collection as a gift to the 9 year old girl whose greatest dream was to see her words in a book, for the teenager who wanted the world to know how she felt and what she saw, for the woman settling into herself and finding deep acceptance and love for the process of being alive in human form. It is for me, and if you’re reading this, I hope you find something for yourself too.”
